Please check the "availability" page for availability.  You can of course rent at any time, not just the months shown.

Terms

The house is let from Saturday to Saturday

Rental includes electricity and gas, including heating and firewood if required out of season.

Bed linen and towels may be rented at a rate of £7.50 per person per week - or you can take your own if you prefer.

A deposit of 25 per cent of the rent confirms a booking.  This is refundable, less an administrative charge of £10, for a period of four weeks from the date of booking.  After this no refund is available unless the house is re-let.  The full balance must be paid four weeks before departure, together with a returnable deposit of £100.

The house may be available out of season for longer lets at reduced rates (but exclusive of fuel costs).  Please enquire if you are interested in a longer let.
